Get to Know Your Relationship Team
Director of Marketing
Rich serves as a Director of Marketing for Michigan CLASS. He has more than 25 years of experience with Michigan public finance organizations and an additional eleven years in the public sector as the former City Treasurer for the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan. He earned Certificates of Completion from both MMTI and CMFA. Rich received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Public Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
Rich has served on the Board of the Municipal Treasurers Association of the U.S. and Canada and on the Board of the Michigan Municipal Finance Officers Association. He currently serves on several committees of state financial organizations and has previously received the Michigan Municipal Treasurers Association Service Award (2015).
Regional Director, Marketing
Kristin serves as a Regional Director of Marketing for Michigan CLASS. Prior to joining Michigan CLASS, she held the position of Business Development Manager at Lansing Community College where she was responsible for the maintenance of strong public and corporate relations across the Greater Lansing region of the state. Kristin received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master of Management degree from Davenport University.
Kristin is actively involved with numerous organizations including the Michigan Government Finance Officers Association, the Michigan Association of County Treasurers, the Michigan Municipal Treasurers Association, the Michigan School Business Officials, and the Michigan Women in Finance group. She also serves on several boards including the Michigan Council on Education Women’s Network Executive Board of Directors and the Michigan State University WKAR Advisory Council.
